Pure Life Martial Arts offers women's self defense training in Indialantic, Florida, built on the Brazilian Jiu Jitsu techniques that work regardless of size or strength.
The curriculum focuses on escapes from the positions real assaults actually start from, taught at a pace that does not assume prior training.
