Your information

The form on the contact page asks for your name, email or phone, who's training, the program you're interested in, and anything you'd like us to know. We keep it so we can get back to you and set up your visit. It's emailed to the academy, and if you gave an email address, you get a confirmation with a link to the waiver.

If you tick the box to hear from us, we may email you about schedule changes and events, no more than about once a month. Every email has a link to stop them.

The waiver asks for the participant's name and date of birth, contact details, an emergency contact, and a typed signature. For children, a parent or guardian fills it in and signs. We keep signed waivers as part of the academy's records.

Members and families may get emails from the academy, such as schedule news or a request to leave a Google review. Member contact details come from our booking and payment system. You can stop these emails at any time with the link at the bottom of each one, or by telling us.

The “Questions?” chat answers from this website's own information using Google Gemini. What you type is sent to Google to produce an answer, and Google may use it to improve its services, so please don't put personal details in the chat. We don't save conversations. When the assistant can't answer a question, we keep the question, with any email addresses or phone numbers removed, so we can add the answer to our FAQ.

We use Google Analytics to see how many people visit, which pages they read, and when someone taps our phone number. It uses cookies and records things like your browser, device and approximate location, not your name. You can block it with your browser's privacy settings or Google's opt-out add-on.

The website runs on Vercel, which also screens out automated bots. Form and waiver details are stored with Supabase. Emails are sent through Resend. Payments and memberships are handled by Square. The chat uses Google Gemini, and visitor statistics use Google Analytics. Each handles information under its own privacy policy.

This website isn't meant for children to use on their own. Information about a child comes from their parent or guardian, through the trial form or the waiver.

To see, correct or remove what we hold about you, call (321) 499-3266 or use the contact page. Some records, such as signed waivers, we may need to keep. If this page changes, the date at the top will change with it.
