“I have been training jiu jitsu for 6 years, and what is most important to me is feeling safe and supported in the environment I am in, this is just as important as the caliber of instruction. Both of these facets were met when I came in to visit. There is no ego, no hostility, and there is truly a team/family energy that made me feel very welcome. If you are a woman or a man, any age, any circumstance, I can say with confidence this place will be for you. Thank you so very much for welcoming me into your gym. It was an honor and pleasure.”
